Return Policy

Returns will be authorized at manufacturers discretion and fulfilled by The Headset Professionals, Inc.  All goods qualify for free returns if within a 15 day period of purchase and are sealed and unopened without any damage or defect to the original packaging.  Returns not meeting this criteria will result in manufacturers restocking fee.  Out of box failures qualify for free return or warranty exchange if notice is given to the sales team within 5 days of receiving the product(s).
